Return & Refund Policy – IKVITA

At IKVITA, we put our heart into delivering Kashmir’s purest treasures — whether it’s dry fruits, honey, or wellness products. Every order is packed with care and love, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. That’s why we’ve created a Return & Refund Policy that is clear, fair, and customer-focused.


1. Returns

  • Since we deal in food, wellness, and consumable products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Unopened and sealed items may be eligible for return only in special cases (such as incorrect product delivery).

  • To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos as proof.


2. Refunds

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly arrange a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.


3. Replacements

  • If you receive the wrong product, we will promptly replace it with the correct one at no extra cost.

  • For damaged products, a replacement will be shipped once we verify the issue.


4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened food products, honey jars, or wellness items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Personalised or special-order products are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.


5. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. IKVITA will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact information.

  • Keep the original packaging intact to enable smooth processing of replacements or refunds.
