2. Products & Authenticity

  • All IKVITA products — including Kashmiri dry fruits, pure honey, Kehwa, Shilajit, pink tea, and more — are sourced and delivered with our promise of purity, quality, and authenticity.

  • Since our products are natural, slight variations in colour, texture, or taste may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect the product’s quality or effectiveness.

  • Product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may differ slightly in appearance.


3. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order on www.ikvita.com, you confirm that all details provided — including your name, address, and contact information — are accurate and complete.

  • Payments are processed through trusted and secure gateways. IKVITA does not store or have access to any sensitive payment information such as card details.

  • Your order will be considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver across India and are working to expand our reach internationally soon.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier network, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical delays.

  • In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of food and wellness products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos as proof.

  • Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
